7-Week Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. boiling water, 1 c. margarine, 4 eggs, 5 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Soak bran flakes in boiling water and cool.
Cream margarine, sugar and eggs.
Sift flour, soda and salt.
Add sifted ingredients to creamed mixture.
Add Buds, buttermilk and water mixture.
Mix well with large spoon.
Makes 1 gallon.
Do not stir when baking, just dip out.
Will keep 7 weeks in refrigerator. Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes.
