Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 22 minutes. Crush Ritz and line bottom of casserole.
Drain peas and layer half over crackers.
Drain asparagus; layer half over peas. Sprinkle half of cheese over all.
Add half cream of mushroom soup.
Repeat layer, peas, asparagus, mushroom soup.
Bake at 375° to 400° until bubbly.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and bake 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
