Baby Cheesecakes
Baby Cheesecakes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 large cream cheese, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 3/4 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Soften cream cheese and mix in remaining ingredients.
Place a vanilla wafer in the small size muffin tins lined with small baking paper cuts.
Fill close to top of papers with cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
These will sink as they cool.
Top each with a spoon full of cherry pie filling. Refrigerate.
Makes 3 dozen.
(Can be topped with other flavor filling.)
