Combine the first 3 ingredients; pat in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 5 minutes at 350°.
Beat the cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla together until well blended.
Pour over crust; bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.
Mix the sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla; spread on cake and bake 5 minutes longer.
