Baked Chicken Sandwich
Baked Chicken Sandwich is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. chicken, first cooked and picked from bones, 1 can franco-american chicken gravy, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 tbsp. chopped onion and 1 c. sliced water chestnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all together.
Spread mix on 8 slices of bread and cover with 8 slices.
Wrap individual sandwiches in foil.
Freeze.
When ready to serve, dip sandwich while still frozen in well-beaten egg, then crushed potato chips.
Place on well-greased cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour or a little more at 300Β°.
Serve with salad and a light dessert.
