Barbecue Sauce
Barbecue Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. butter, 2 tsp. flour, 1/4 c. catsup, dash of worcestershire sauce and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix all ingredients, except butter and flour, in small bowl. In small skillet, melt butter and add flour.
Then add mixture in small bowl and stir until thickened.
Put in cooked hamburger or cut-up roast and serve on hamburger buns (1 1/2 pounds meat or leftover roast).
