Barbecue Sauce
Barbecue Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. ketchup, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. vinegar and 2 to 3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown meat in skillet with salad oil.
Take meat out; saute onion in oil.
Add all ingredients and mix well.
Add meat and simmer until tender, approximately one hour.
Good with chicken, pork chops and deer.
