Barbecued Meatballs
Barbecued Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. milk, 2 tsp. salt (i use less), 1/4 tsp. pepper and fat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine ground beef, milk, salt and pepper; shape into 16 meatballs.
Brown in small amount of fat.
Combine catsup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, sugar, vinegar and water.
Pour over meatballs.
Cover; cook for 10 minutes.
Turn meat occasionally. Serve over rice.
