Becky'S Blonde Brownies(Butterscotch Brownies With Chocolate Chips On Top) is an moderately easy dinner. In large sauce pan, melt margarine.
Add sugar and blend thoroughly.
In small bowl, beat eggs until combined and add to margarine and sugar in sauce pan.
Add vanilla and blend.
In medium bowl, stir together dry ingredients.
Add 1/3 at a time, stirring thoroughly.
Spread into 13 x 9 pan which ahs been sprayed with Pam.
Sprinkle with about a cup of chocolate chips. Add nuts, if desired.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes, don't overbake!
