BLT
Blt is an easy dinner. Made with bacon, bread, mayonnaise, beefsteak tomato and boston lettuces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange the bacon on the prepared baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake to your desired level of crispiness, 12–15 minutes. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
On a cutting board, spread a generous layer of mayonnaise over each slice of bread.
Layer the sliced tomato, lettuce, and bacon over the mayonnaise on 2 slices of bread. Place the other slices of bread on top. Cut the sandwiches in half on the diagonal.
