Blueberry Muffins
Blueberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. sifted plain flour, 1/4 c. sugar, 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 3/4 tsp. salt and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Sift together dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
Combine milk, egg and oil and add to dry ingredients all at once.
Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
Toss together blueberries and 2 tablespoons sugar; fold into batter along with lemon rind.
Bake in greased muffin pan about 25 minutes at 400Β°.
While still warm, dip in melted oleo and sprinkle with sugar.
