Brunch Casserole
Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage (ground), brown and drain well, 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls, 1 1/2 to 2 c. mozzarella or swiss cheese, grated, 4 eggs, well beaten and 3/4 c. milk, blend with eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown sausage; drain well.
Line 9 x 13-inch baking dish with rolls.
Press firmly to seal.
Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sausage.
Bake at 425Β° for 15 minutes or until set.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve.
Leftovers may be frozen to serve later.
