Butter Pecan Ice Cream
Butter Pecan Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 can eagle brand milk, 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding and 2 tsp. maple flavoring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat eggs, sugar, Eagle Brand milk and vanilla pudding.
Add flavorings and half and half; beat.
Add pecans.
Fold in whipping cream.
Freeze.
(I freeze about 5 hours before serving and place container in my freezer so mixture will be a little stiffer.) Makes about 1 gallon.
