Butter Pecan Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 stick butter, eggs, 2 c. sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute pecans in butter.
Beat eggs for 5 minutes.
Add sugar and beat 5 minutes more.
Then add vanilla, milk and syrup; mix well, then add pecans.
