Butter Pecan Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk, 1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, toasted, 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted, 1 tsp. maple flavoring and 2 c. In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, pecans, butter and flavoring.
