Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars
Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels, 1/3 c. margarine, 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 c. nuts, chopped and 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350°.
In saucepan, melt morsels and margarine.
Stir in crumbs and nuts.
Mix well.
Press half of mixture in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Beat in milk, vanilla and egg.
Mix well and pour over crumb mixture and top with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake at 300° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool to room temperature.
Cut in squares.
Store in refrigerator.
