Made with 1 (14 oz.) pkg. light caramels, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. german chocolate cake mix (almost any kind of chocolate cake mix will work), 3/4 c. melted margarine and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt the caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
