Cheesy Beef Enchiladas
Cheesy Beef Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix, 1 c. water, 8 (6-inch) flour tortillas and 1 (16 oz.) jar thick 'n chunky salsa (mild, medium or hot), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown ground beef; pour off excess fat.
Add taco seasoning mix and water.
Put 3 to 4 tablespoons taco meat in each flour tortilla.
Roll and place seam down in a glass casserole.
Top with thick 'n chunky salsa, Cheez Whiz and Colby cheese. Microwave 6 to 8 minutes, until cheese has completely melted. Serve with cucumbers and sliced tomatoes.
