Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie
Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted, 1 c. milk, divided, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. chopped celery and 1/4 c. shredded carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a saucepan combine soup, 1/2 cup milk, onion, celery, carrots, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and salt.
Cook and stir until the cream cheese is melted.
Stir in chicken and broccoli. Heat through.
Pour into 2-quart baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine the egg, oil, pancake mix and cheese.
Spoon over hot chicken mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 375Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
