Chicken and Taco Chip Casserole
Chicken And Taco Chip Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 9 taco shells or 1 (12 oz.) bag taco chips, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed chicken and rice soup, 2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese, 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies and 2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Crush taco shells or chips in bowl.
Place layer of chips in bottom of greased 1-quart casserole.
Sprinkle layer of chicken over chips.
Pour several spoonfuls soup over the chicken layer. Sprinkle with layer of cheese.
Pour several spoonfuls tomato and green chili (may use El Paso tomato and green chili) over cheese. Repeat steps until dish is full.
Top casserole with additional cheese, if desired.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
