Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 40 minutes. Made with chicken breast halves, cooked and diced, c. uncooked rice, c. chicken broth, (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli and c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook rice in chicken broth.
Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Drain.
Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
Add soups and cheese and mix well over low heat until cheese melts.
Blend in broccoli then rice, chicken and seasonings, mixing well.
Bake in buttered 2-quart rectangular casserole dish.
(Can be frozen before cooking.)
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
