Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 fryer, cooked in unsalted water, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 cans chicken broth and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt margarine and mix well with stuffing mix.
Place 1/3 in casserole dish.
Put 1/2 of cut-up chicken over stuffing.
Mix 1 can chicken broth and cream of chicken soup and pour over chicken. Put 1/3 stuffing over soup mix and rest of chicken pieces over stuffing.
Mix cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth and pour over chicken.
Put rest of stuffing on top and bake at 375Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
