Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. soft shell tacos, 3 boneless chicken breasts, 1/2 onion, chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped and 2 cans cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut chicken breasts into strips and saute chicken, onion and green pepper in oil until chicken is fully cooked.
Pour in soup and 3/4 cup of water.
Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Fill soft taco shells with mixture and roll them up.
Place enchiladas in a baking dish and cover with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350Β° until cheese is fully melted.
Serve with garnish (sour cream and salsa).
