Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 boiled chicken, boned and cut up, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated and 1 can chopped green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute onions and boned chicken in oleo.
Mix into this the soup.
Heat until bubbling.
Layer broken tortillas, soup and chicken mixture and cheese alternately into baking dish (glass is best).
Repeat the layering until all ingredients are used.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
