Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked, shredded chicken, 1 doz. flour tortillas, 1 pt. sour cream, 3 cans cream of chicken soup and 1 can sliced olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix sour cream and soup; reserve 1/3 of the mixture.
Mix chicken, olives, chilies, 1/2 the cheese and the 2/3 remainder of soup mixture.
Fill and roll tortillas.
Put into a greased pan. Top with remaining 1/3 soup mixture and cheese.
Bake at 350Β°, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
