Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. flour tortillas, 1 can la victoria enchilada sauce, 1 can black olives, sliced, 1 can ortega green diced chilies and 1 pkg. prepared spanish rice-a-roni, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put enchilada sauce on bottom of 8 1/2 x 12-inch pan.
Coat tortilla with sauce, then layer everything in order on tortilla and roll up.
Lay in pan, side by side.
Put remaining sauce on top and remaining cheeses.
Cook for 45 minutes at 350Β° or until cheese is melted.
These freeze well, too.
