Chicken Lynn
Chicken Lynn is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 48 minutes. Boil chicken until tender; cool and remove meat off bones. Cover bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan with chicken. Mix sour cream with undiluted chicken soup and spread over chicken. Crush crackers and spread top of casserole.
Melt margarine and dribble over crackers.
Sprinkle poppy seed over crackers. Bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Yields 6 servings.
