Chicken n Cheese Enchilada
Chicken N Cheese Enchilada is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, 1 (12 oz.) jar picante sauce and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Heat oven to 350Β°. Saute onion and margarine in a large skillet.
Stir in chicken, 1/4 cup picante sauce, cream cheese and cumin.
Cook until thoroughly heated.
Stir in 1 cup cheese.
Fill each tortilla shell with mixture.
Place in baking dish and top with remaining picante sauce and cheese.
Bake 15 minutes.
