Chicken-n-Dumplings
Chicken-N-Dumplings is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked chicken, boiled, 2 c. or more chicken broth*, salt and pepper to taste, 2 c. baking mix (bisquick) and 2/3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In large pot, bring cooked chicken to boil in broth.
Let simmer (slow boil).
Mix together baking mix and 2/3 cup milk. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto boiling chicken mixture.
Cook, uncovered, over low heat 10 minutes.
Cover and cook 10 minutes longer.
Serve hot.
Great with potato salad and baked beans.
