Chicken Spaghetti Casserole
Chicken Spaghetti Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, boiled until tender and deboned (save 5 c. broth), 1 c. celery, 1 c. mushrooms, 1 c. onion and 2 cans cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook chicken, debone and save 5 cups of broth.
Saute the celery, mushrooms and onion together in 2 tablespoons butter. Butter a Pyrex 9 x 13-inch dish.
Layer chicken and veggies.
Add 2 cans of chicken soup to the 5 cups of broth.
Pour over dish. Break 12 ounces raw spaghetti over dish.
Add the Mozzarella cheese.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°, uncovered.
