Chocolate Cheesecake
Chocolate Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 finely crushed chocolate wafers, 1 c. light cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese and 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Sprinkle chocolate wafer crumbs in bottom of a 7-inch spring-form pan.
Set aside.
Position knife blade in food processor.
Add cream cheese and next 7 ingredients, mixing until smooth.
Add egg and mix until blended.
Fold in chocolate chips. Pour mixture over crumbs in pan.
Bake at 300Β° for 65 to 70 minutes or until set.
Let cool in pan.
Cover and chill at least 8 hours. Remove sides of pan and serve.
