Mix cake mix, pudding and sugar together.
Add oil and water; mix well.
Add eggs, one at a time and beat after each addition. Add sour cream and chips.
Bake in greased Bundt or tube pan at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool in pan 1 hour before removing.
