Clyde's Coffee Cake
Clyde'S Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 8 oz. sour cream, 4 eggs, 1 box vanilla instant pudding and 1 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix together cake mix, sour cream, eggs and instant pudding. Batter will be thick.
In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
Put 1/2 of batter in a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
Put 1/2 of cinnamon sugar mixture over batter, then repeat.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
