Cocktail Wieners
Cocktail Wieners is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. minced onions, 2 tsp. butter, 1/2 c. ketchup, 1 tbsp. vinegar and 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine onions and butter in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cook, covered, on saute for 3 minutes, or until soft.
Add 1/4 cup water and stir in remaining ingredients except hot dogs.
Cook, covered, on High for 2 1/2 minutes or until it bubbles.
Stir in hot dogs. Cook, covered, on High for 4 minutes or until hot dogs are hot. Let stand 2 minutes.
Serve warm.
