Coconut Cream Pie
Coconut Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 4 tbsp. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 c. milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix dry ingredients with a little milk.
Add rest of milk. Cook over boiling water and stir.
Cover and cook 15 minutes longer; stir occasionally.
Beat egg yolks.
Add a little of hot mixture to egg yolks.
Pour back and cook a few minutes.
Add butter, vanilla and coconut.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 325Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
