Coffee Cake Muffins
Coffee Cake Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. chopped nuts, 2 tbsp. flour, 2 tsp. cinnamon and 2 tbsp. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine brown sugar, nuts, flour, cinnamon and melted butter. Set aside.
Sift dry ingredients into bowl and cut in shortening. Combine egg and milk and add to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened.
In greased muffin tins, spoon small amount of batter. Add a layer of nut mixture. Add more batter and top with nut mixture.
Repeat until 2/3 full. Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
