Corn Pudding

Combine flour, pepper and milk into dry ingredients.
Blend in butter. Combine mixture. by hand or electric mixer.
Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Pudding is done when knife is inserted in middle comes out clean.
