Country Weekend Chowder
Country Weekend Chowder is an moderately easy soup you can prepare in about 1 hour 4 minutes. Made with campbell's cream of chicken soup, campbell's chicken broth, c. water, c. cubed peeled potatoes and (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In a saucepan, stir soup.
Gradually stir in broth and water. Heat to boiling and add potatoes. Boil 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are done.
Makes about 8 1/2 cups or 6 servings. Recipe may be doubled.
