Cranberry-Pecan Muffins
Cranberry-Pecan Muffins is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cream margarine; add sugar.
Beat until fluffy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, and add vanilla.
Fold in sour cream.
Combine flour, baking powder, soda, nutmeg and salt.
Gradually blend into creamed mixture.
Fold in cranberries and nuts.
Fill paper-lined muffin cups half full.
Combine sugar and nutmeg.
Sprinkle small amount on each muffin.
Bake in 400Β° oven for 20 to 25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
