Creamy Cheesecake
Creamy Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/2 c. oleo, 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 3 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Blend first 3 ingredients.
Place in spring-form pan; refrigerate.
Beat cream cheese until smooth, beat in egg yolks and 3/4 cup sugar.
In small bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar. Fold into cheese mixture.
Bake in 350° oven 1/2 hour.
Remove, raise oven temperature to 425°.
Beat last 3 ingredients.
Spread slowly on top of cake.
Bake 10 minutes more.
