Creamy Noodles 'N' Vegetables is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 oz. (medium size, curly edge) noodles, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 1/2 (8 oz.) container soft-style cream cheese with chives and onion, 1/4 c. milk and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large saucepan, bring 4 cups hot water to boiling.
Add pasta and return to boiling.
Reduce heat and gently boil for 5 minutes, then add frozen vegetables.
Return to boiling, then reduce heat.
Gently boil about 4 minutes more or until pasta is tender and vegetables are nearly done.
Drain mixture, then return it to the saucepan.
Add cream cheese and milk.
Cook and stir over medium heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.
