Crepes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. milk and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Whip all ingredients in a mixing bowl with a wire whisk.
Pour onto greased skillet, making about a 7 or 8-inch diameter crepe. Once lightly browned, flip once.
Serve with your favorite jelly or jam rolled in the crepe.
