Easter Cupcakes
Tender vanilla cupcakes dressed up for spring with pastel buttercream and shredded-coconut grass. A whimsical Easter centerpiece kids can help decorate with jelly beans or candy eggs.

Make cupcakes and put the frosting on.
Put the coconut in a bag.
Add a little food coloring and shake.
Keep adding until the coconut looks like grass.
Sprinkle coconut on frosted cupcake. Decorate with jelly beans on top; cut licorice 4 inches long.
Put one end on left side and put other end on right side to make a handle.
