Easy Baked Beans
Easy Baked Beans is an easy quick meal you can prepare in just 34 minutes. Made with (16 to 18 oz.) cans pork and beans, c. brown sugar (may increase to 3/4 c. if desired), to 2 tsp. dry mustard, bacon, cut into pieces and c. catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Empty 1 can pork and beans into bottom of greased casserole. Combine sugar and mustard; sprinkle half of mixture over beans. Sprinkle the rest of sugar-mustard, chopped bacon and catsup over beans.
Or, if you prefer, you may combine all of the ingredients together.
Bake, uncovered, in slow oven (325Β°) for 2 1/2 hours. Makes 8 servings.
