Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans old el paso enchilada sauce, 1 small can tomato sauce, 1 1/2 lb. ground meat, 1/2 tsp. garlic and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 350Β°. Combine enchilada and tomato sauces.
Brown meat and add salt and pepper; drain.
Dip tortillas in sauces and place in layers in a casserole dish.
Place a layer of meat, a layer of cheese and a layer of onions.
Start with tortillas. Repeat until everything is gone.
Pour any remaining sauce over top.
Cover with foil and bake about 45 minutes.
