Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce, 1 lb. ground round (lean), 1 pkg. taco seasoning and 8 oz. shredded cheddar or jack cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat the oven to 350Β°.
Mix both cans of sauce in a bowl. Pour a little of the mixture into the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan, enough to just coat.
Reserve remainder.
In a heavy skillet, brown the meat.
Add taco seasoning and water per package directions.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Dice onion.
Shred cheese.
