Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. brisket, cooked and chopped, 1 pkg. large flour tortillas, 2 cans enchilada sauce, 1 can refried beans and 1 large bag mexican cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix 1 can sauce and refried beans with meat.
Place a scoop of meat and cheese on tortilla; roll up and place in pan.
Pour the other can of enchilada sauce over tortillas and top with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
