Espresso Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake
Espresso Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (9 oz.) pkg. chocolate wafer cookies or 1 (9 oz.) pkg. vanilla cookies and 1 pkg. liquid chocolate and 6 tbsp. (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Crust
Position rack in center of oven.
Preheat oven to 400Β°. Grind wafer cookies; add butter and mix until crumbs are moist. Press crumbs on bottom and 1 1/2 inches up sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
