Fajitas
Fajitas is an easy dinner. Made with 3 or 4 tbsp. cooking oil, 1/2 c. sliced onion, 1 c. red bell pepper, cut into strips and 1 1/2 lb. beef or chicken, cut into strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Marinate beef or chicken strips 2 hours.
Remove meat from marinade.
Saute onion and pepper until lightly browned.
Remove from pan.
Add marinated chicken or beef in pan.
Saute until light brown and tender.
Toss with vegetables and spoon into flour tortillas.
Makes 8 servings.
