Frank 'n Chili Manicotti Ole
Frank 'N Chili Manicotti Ole is an easy dinner. Made with 10 manicotti shells, 6 oz. monterey jack cheese (with or without jalapeños), 10 frankfurters, 2 (15 oz.) cans hormel chili with beans or use homemade chili and 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook manicotti according to directions, drain and set aside. Shred 2/3 of cheese, cut remaining cheese into strips and insert strips into slit frankfurters.
Place one cheese-stuffed frank into each manicotti shell.
Combine chili and tomatoes in bowl; spoon 2 cups of mixture in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Arrange 10 stuffed shells on top of mixture and pour remaining mixture over.
Cover.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
Remove and uncover; sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Bake 10 more minutes, until cheese has melted.
